Most "savings" claims lump everything together. We don't. Every opportunity in your report carries one of three labels.
Only the first two are counted in your total, and we show them separately.
Published nonprofit price, confirmed on the vendor's or authorized provider's site, comparable to what you use today.
Real savings that depend on something: eligibility, a plan change, a seat cap, or opening a new account.

The audit is free. Help is optional.
If you want help capturing the savings, our Implementation Roadmap costs a share of validated first-year savings, so the fee is always smaller than what you save.

Common questions
Is the savings audit really free?
Yes. The audit and your personalized report are free, with no credit card. We charge only if you choose paid help implementing the savings.
Do you need access to our bank or software accounts?
No. You type in what you pay for each subscription. We never ask for passwords, bank logins, or account credentials.
How accurate are the savings estimates?
Every nonprofit price in our database links to an official source and shows the date we last verified it. We label each opportunity as verified, conditional (it depends on eligibility or plan fit), or worth investigating, and only verified and conditional opportunities are counted in the totals.
Who qualifies for nonprofit software pricing?
It varies by vendor. Most programs require 501(c)(3) status or a local equivalent, and some exclude government bodies, hospitals, schools, or certain religious uses. Your report lists each program's requirements.
Can churches and ministries use this?
Yes. Many programs accept churches and faith-based organizations; some have restrictions. The report flags programs that may exclude your organization type.
What do you do with our information?
We use it to produce your report. We don't sell it, and we only send marketing email if you opt in separately. See our privacy policy.
